  • 2 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. grade A maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp. grape seed oil
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt
  • 1 tbsp. filtered water


  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Alternatively, add the ingredients to a jar, screw on the lid, and shake well to combine.
  2. Drizzle over your salad and enjoy. Store leftover dressing in a jar in the fridge and consume within 5 days.
