Cucumber Ginger Smoothie

Cucumber Ginger Smoothie

  • 1 1/2 c filtered water
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 1 c spinach
  • 1/2 c cucumber, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 2 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 2 tbsp. hemp seeds
  • 1/2 tsp. grated ginger
  • 2 dashes fine sea salt
  • 1 c ice


  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Blend on high for about 30-35 seconds, using a tamper if necessary. Pour into two separate cups and enjoy immediately.
