Detox Kale Salad With A Citrus Dressing

  1 rater(s)

This salad is filled with protein, vitamin K, vitamin A, chlorophyll, and a variety of phytonutrients and antioxidants, which come from the multi-colored vegetables. We continue to stress the importance of “eating the rainbow,” in order to diversify flavors and obtain an array of nutrients. The refreshing citrus dressing is perfect for these hot days in the end of summer, so get it while it’s hot! We are of course referring to the weather and not warming up the salad, obviously. Okay bye.

  • Prep Time: 10m
  • Total Time: 10m

For the Salad

  • 2 c broccoli, finely chopped
