Easy Raw Vegan Parmesan Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 c raw, unsalted cashews
  • 4 tbsp. nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Pour all of the ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until you get a fine powder, similar in consistency to grated parmesan cheese.
  2. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 months.
