Ingredients
- 2 c spinach
- 1 small banana, peeled, sliced and frozen overnight
- 1 small green apple, cored and cubed
- 1 orange, peeled
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 1/2 c homemade almond milk
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. It may take one or two minutes to achieve a creamy texture.
- If the smoothie is too thick, you can add a splash of water or more homemade almond milk.
- Pour into two large cups and enjoy immediately.
