Fat-Burning Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 handfuls baby spinach
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 c alkaline water
  • 1 c frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 tsp. of grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend away. If it is too thick then you can add more water. You can also thicken it up by adding a little ice. Enjoy!
