Ingredients

  • 1 green cucumber
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 beet
  • 1 lime
  • 1 green apple
  • 1 bunch of mint

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients through your juicer and then drink the juice, strained or unstrained. For the best results, drink this juice twice a day, once before breakfast and once before dinner.
