  • 1 c pineapple, cubed
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 c cabbage, sliced
  • 2 medium carrots
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 c spinach
  • 1 dash turmeric powder


  1. Place all of the ingredients, except for the turmeric, in a juicer. Drop a dash of turmeric powder in the juice once it is in your glass. Stir and enjoy.
