There’s no better time than now to provide your immune system with extra support. This tonic works to boost circulation, increase alkalinity, and it provides the body with powerful antioxidants that increase immune defense against bacteria and viruses.

  • 1/2 c raw apple cider vinegar
  • 1 -2 cloves garlic (optional)
  • 1/4 c finely shredded ginger root
  • 2 tsp. wasabi powder
  • 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 3 tbsp. raw honey


  1. Add the vinegar, garlic, and ginger to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour this mixture into a glass jar through a fine mesh sieve, making sure to press the blended mixture to extract as much liquid as possible.
  3. Whisk in the wasabi, cayenne, and honey until thoroughly combined.
  4. Store this in an airtight glass jar in the refrigerator.
  5. For best results, add two tablespoons of this mixture to one cup of hot water and drink on an empty stomach.
