Ingredients
- 1/2 c raw apple cider vinegar
- 1 -2 cloves garlic (optional)
- 1/4 c finely shredded ginger root
- 2 tsp. wasabi powder
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 3 tbsp. raw honey
Instructions
- Add the vinegar, garlic, and ginger to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour this mixture into a glass jar through a fine mesh sieve, making sure to press the blended mixture to extract as much liquid as possible.
- Whisk in the wasabi, cayenne, and honey until thoroughly combined.
- Store this in an airtight glass jar in the refrigerator.
- For best results, add two tablespoons of this mixture to one cup of hot water and drink on an empty stomach.
