Ginger Cucumber Detox Juice with a Kick

This refreshing juice is an immune booster and great for helping the body detox. The cucumber juice can help relieve bloating and the ginger helps improve digestion, and it acts as a natural decongestant. Add the vitamin C from the limes and parsley and you’ve got yourself a pretty healthy beverage. If you want to add a little sweetness to this drink, add about 1 cup of diced honeydew.

  • 2 cucumbers
  • 2 inch piece of ginger
  • 1/2 lime
  • 1 c of parsley
  • dash of cayenne pepper
  • 1 c fresh honeydew (optional)


  1. Peel cucumbers, remove skin from lime, and turn on your juicer. Juice parsley, ginger, lime, and cucumbers. Add 1 cup of honeydew in the juicer if you are adding it. Pour over ice and add a dash of cayenne pepper, or more to your liking.
