Ingredients
- 1 c filtered water
- 1 c spinach
- 1 apple, cored & cubed
- 3 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 romaine heart, end removed
- 1 pear, cored & cubed
- juice from 1/2 lemon
- 1 banana, peeled, and chopped
- 1 c ice
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour the smoothie in a large cup and enjoy.
