Glowing Green Spirulina Smoothie

  2 rater(s)

Spirulina, a blue-green powder made from algae, is rich in protein, iron, vitamin A, and many other nutrients. One teaspoon of spirulina contains over 150% of your recommended daily intake of vitamin B12. While it does have a very specific and identifiable flavor, we didn’t add a ton to this smoothie. You won’t taste it, but you’ll receive all of the benefits.
