- 1 medium-sized cucumber, roughly chopped
- 2 ribs of celery, rinsed
- 1/2 of a lemon
- 1 -inch piece ginger root, peeled

- One by one, place all of the ingredients through the juicer. Once you are finished, drink the juice. It may be beneficial to drink this juice once a day.
