Ingredients

  • 1 c spinach
  • 3/4 c filtered water
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 orange, peeled and cubed

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. If you want to make it colder, add some ice cubes during the blending process.
