Green Elixir Smoothie With Cilantro & Kale

Kale and chard are excellent sources of plant-based protein, magnesium, iron, and vitamin K, among many others. Plus, having cilantro in your diet is a great way to help detox heavy metals from your body.

  • 1 handful of dino kale
  • 1 handful of rainbow chard
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1/2 medium cucumber
  • 1 small handful cilantro
  • 1/2 " piece of ginger, peeled & chopped
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 c water
  • 1/8 tsp. stevia, or a few dates
  • 1 frozen banana, chopped
  • 2 strawberries (optional)


  1. There isn't much to say here. Just blend it up until you get a smooth consistency. Enjoy!
