Green Goddess Juice

Green juice may very well be the most popular beverage of the 21st century, besides kombucha of course. There’s a reason that green juices skyrocketed to popularity: they are nutrient dense, work to cleanse the body, and promote healthier cells.

Drink this juice in the morning because it is beneficial to start your day with a dose of green vegetables. It can actually boost energy levels and fills you up with an array of vitamins and minerals. You’ll feel like a goddess or god, or just a supercharged version of yourself.

  • 5 ribs celery
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 1 green apple, cored and cubed
  • 1 c kale leaves
  • 3 romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1 c spinach
  • 1 c parsley
  • 1 lime, peeled
  • 1 tsp. chia seeds
  • 1/2 inch piece of ginger root


  1. Process all of the ingredients (except for the chia seeds) through a juicer.
  2. Empty the juice into a large cup and stir in the chia seeds.
  3. Drink within 15 minutes.
