- 5 ribs celery
- 1 medium cucumber
- 1 green apple, cored and cubed
- 1 c kale leaves
- 3 romaine lettuce leaves
- 1 c spinach
- 1 c parsley
- 1 lime, peeled
- 1 tsp. chia seeds
- 1/2 inch piece of ginger root
- Process all of the ingredients (except for the chia seeds) through a juicer.
- Empty the juice into a large cup and stir in the chia seeds.
- Drink within 15 minutes.
