The water-rich cucumber and celery help to hydrate the skin, and the antioxidant-rich lemon and turmeric support healthy skin cells. - 1 1/2 c kale leaves, thick stems removed
- 1 Granny Smith apple, cored and chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 2 medium-sized carrots, peeled and chopped
- 1/3 english cucumber, chopped
- 1/2 lemon, rind removed
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp. ginger powder
- 1 1/2 c filtered water
- handful of ice
- Add all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a large cup (or serve two smaller servings) and drink to your health.
