Start your mornings off fresh by making this smoothie bowl for breakfast. You can customize it and make it even more nutritious by adding your favorite cleanse-approved toppings. Don’t be scared of avocado being in your breakfast because you can’t even taste it!

Ingredients

For the Smoothie Bowl

Optional Toppings

  • 1/2 c fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 kiwi sliced
  • 1 tsp. chia seeds
  • sliced bananas
  • 1 tbsp. raw walnuts chopped

Instructions

  1. Add all of the Smoothie Bowl ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until you get a thick, sorbet-like consistency. If it becomes very difficult to blend, add a touch of water to assist the blending process.
  2. Spoon the smoothie into a bowl and arrange the toppings you want to use on top of the bowl. Make it pretty!
