- 1/2 c pumpkin puree (fresh or canned)
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 c homemade almond milk
- 1/4 tsp. alcohol-free vanilla extract (or 1/8 tsp. vanilla powder)
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. allspice
- 1/2 c ice (only if banana is not frozen)
