Healthy Carrot & Pineapple Smoothie With Bananas

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c baby carrots
  • 1 c chopped fresh pineapples
  • 1/4 c orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 1 c alkaline water

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender container. Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds. Serve immediately.
