Here’s A Great Immune-Boosting Drink For Spring

If you are sensitive to pollen or just need a drink that will help you boost your immune system, this drink will do just that. It contains anti-inflammatory ingredients that also help to flush toxins from the body.

  • Total Time: 5m


  • 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
  • 1/2 inch raw ginger thinly sliced
  • 1/2 a lemon
  • 1 tbsp. raw agave syrup
  • 8 oz hot filtered water


  1. Place your ingredients, except the water, inside a mug or tumbler. Make sure to squeeze the lemon juice in the mug and add the lemon itself.
  2. Pour the hot water over the ingredients and stir well.
  3. This is best enjoyed in the morning.
