Here’s A Great Immune-Boosting Drink For Spring

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
  • 1/2 inch raw ginger thinly sliced
  • 1/2 a lemon
  • 1 tbsp. raw agave syrup
  • 8 oz hot filtered water

Instructions

  1. Place your ingredients, except the water, inside a mug or tumbler. Make sure to squeeze the lemon juice in the mug and add the lemon itself.
  2. Pour the hot water over the ingredients and stir well.
  3. This is best enjoyed in the morning.
