- 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
- 1/2 inch raw ginger thinly sliced
- 1/2 a lemon
- 1 tbsp. raw agave syrup
- 8 oz hot filtered water
- Place your ingredients, except the water, inside a mug or tumbler. Make sure to squeeze the lemon juice in the mug and add the lemon itself.
- Pour the hot water over the ingredients and stir well.
- This is best enjoyed in the morning.
