We fully support the pumpkin spice craze, but we don’t support the high caloric intake and high sugar content that accompanies it. That’s why we decided to make a nutrient-dense, low-sugar, and healthier vegan pumpkin spice latte.

There are many recipes for pumpkin spice lattes on the Internet. You can replicate the famous one from Starbucks, but that one is not vegan. A pumpkin spice latte from Starbucks contains milk and pumpkin spice sauce, which is a mixture of condensed skim milk, pumpkin puree, sugar, colors, flavors, and preservatives. It also contains coffee, whipped cream, and pumpkin spice topping. Although an occasional pumpkin spice latte from Starbucks won’t kill you, drinking one every day can be a problem.
