The cool thing about making your own tahini is that you can add your own flair, provided the flair you add is part of the raw diet. For instance, you can add different seasonings if you want it to taste a certain way. We have the very basic recipe that is for a classic tahini.

- 2 c raw sesame seeds
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil (optional)
- Add both of the ingredients to a food processor or high speed blender and pulse for about 5 minutes. You should get a smooth and creamy consistency. Store in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to one week.
