  • 2 c baby pumpkin meat, cubed
  • 1 c Medjool dates (without sulfur or added sugars)
  • 1/4 c water


  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and pulse until you get a nice puree. You can use this immediately or store it in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Enjoy!
