Making raw pumpkin puree seems like you have to break out your baking pan and all the other baking accoutrement. Nope, not with this recipe. All you need is a blender!

- 2 c baby pumpkin meat, cubed
- 1 c Medjool dates (without sulfur or added sugars)
- 1/4 c water
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and pulse until you get a nice puree. You can use this immediately or store it in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Enjoy!
