It might seem counterintuitive to drink something cold when you are sick, but this smoothie contains fruits that have powerful immune-boosting properties.

  • Total Time: 5m


  • 1 c freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 c strawberries, frozen overnight
  • 1 c peaches, sliced and frozen overnight
  • 1/2 c pineapple, cubed and frozen overnight
  • filtered water, if needed


  1. Blend all of the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Add water only if it is too thick.
