- 1 c freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 c strawberries, frozen overnight
- 1 c peaches, sliced and frozen overnight
- 1/2 c pineapple, cubed and frozen overnight
- filtered water, if needed
- Blend all of the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Add water only if it is too thick.
