Ingredients

  • 2 green apples, cored and cubed
  • 4 celery stalks
  • 3 inch piece fresh ginger
  • 3 c kale peeled, thick stems removed
  • 2 c spinach
  • 2 limes, peeled and quartered

Instructions

  1. After preparing the ingredients, add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the blended mixture through a fine mesh sieve or strainer over a mason jar or glass measuring cup.
  3. Pour the strained juice into three-ounce shots and enjoy immediately. Store leftover juice in an airtight jar in the fridge and consume within two days.
