- 1 c water
- 2 c spinach
- 1 c green grapes
- the juice of 1/2 lime
- 1/2 c pineapple, cubed and frozen overnight
- 1/2 c ice (if smoothie is not thick enough)
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. If the smoothie isn’t thick enough, add 1/2 cup of ice and continue blending to thicken it.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy.
