It Takes Two To Mango Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 c fresh spinach
  • 1 1/2 c filtered water
  • 2 c fresh mango, cubed and frozen overnight
  • 1 orange, peeled and cubed
  • 2 tbsp. ground flaxseeds
