- 2 c fresh spinach
- 1 1/2 c filtered water
- 2 c fresh mango, cubed and frozen overnight
- 1 orange, peeled and cubed
- 2 tbsp. ground flaxseeds
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
