Jackfruit is not your average fruit. It is not typically found at the common grocery store. You can, however, find it at Asian grocery stores or specialty markets. It is filled with beneficial proteins, starch, and other nutrients that can help kill cancer cells.

  • 7 jackfruit pods, seeds removed
  • 1 banana
  • 1 c pineapple, cubed
  • 2 tsp. chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp. freshly grated coconut
  • 1/2 c water
  • a few ice cubes


  1. Blend all the ingredients together in a blender until you get the desired consistency you want. If you like your smoothies to be thick, use more ice.
