There’s nothing like a tropical smoothie. These refreshing flavors will liven your day and give you a major vitamin C boost. Guavas and strawberries are great sources of vitamin C, which is an essential antioxidant that helps build and nourish tissues in the body. Did we forget to mention that guavas can give you 528% more than your daily vitamin C requirement? Pretty awesome, right?

  • 1 c strawberries, fresh
  • 3/4 c mango, fresh
  • 1/2 banana, fresh
  • 2 guavas, fresh
  • 1 tbsp. coconut water (unpasteurized, unsweetened, and not from concentrate)
  • 1 tbsp. ground flaxseed (optional)
  • Dehydrated coconut flakes (unsulfured)


  1. Combine the fruit, coconut water, and flaxseed in a blender. Blend on high until smooth. Sprinkle with coconut flakes and serve.
