Mango Coconut Arugula Salad

  • 3 c of Arugula
  • 1 c of Mixed Greens
  • 1/2 Fresh Mango, Sliced
  • 1/2 Avocado, Sliced
  • Sprinkle of Walnuts
  • Sprinkle of Dried Coconut


  1. 1) Sliced your mango and avocado and place overtop of your greens and garnish with walnuts and coconut. For a dressing, you can squeeze fresh lime juice, or a drizzle of oil free balsamic.
