In fact, you’ll want to pour it on every salad you make! Well, maybe not every salad, but you’ll definitely want to keep it in your raw vegan dressing arsenal.
The sweet and spicy quality goes great on salads that contain both fruits and vegetables. A spinach salad with walnuts, blueberries, and strawberries would be the perfect vessel for this dressing. It also makes for an excellent coleslaw dressing because the cabbage is a fresh and crispy counterpart to the sweetness. And once you finish cleansing, you can drizzle this mango dressing on steamed broccoli or broccolini.

- 1 c mango, diced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/3 c filtered water
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. You can also use a food processor.
- If the dressing is too thick, add a little more water and continue blending.
- You can store the dressing in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days.
