This smoothie is the perfect blend of greens and fruits, meaning it is a great introductory green smoothie for all of those who are tip-toeing into green smoothie land. It is rich in vitamins A, C, E, & K, fiber, protein, folate, iron, and thiamin.

- 2 medium bananas, peeled
- 1 mango, cubed and frozen overnight
- 1 c spinach
- 1 medium avocado, peeled and pitted
- 1/2 c water (if necessary)
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. You may need to add more or less water, depending on your desired consistency.
- Pour into a cup and enjoy.
