Mango Pineapple Smoothie Bowl For A Filling Breakfast

Sometimes you need to change up your breakfast game. A smoothie bowl is a great way to do that! This bowl contains ingredients that help speed up digestion and boost metabolism. Enjoy this and feel free to add some raw toppings of your choice.

  • 1 raw banana, frozen
  • 1 c fresh mango, frozen
  • 1 c fresh pineapple, frozen
  • 1/2 c freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1/2 c water
  • 1 c kiwi, sliced
  • 1 tbsp. raw chia seeds


  1. Blend the banana, mango, pineapple, freshly squeezed orange juice, and water in a blender. Blend until you get a consistency that is almost sorbet-like.
  2. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top with sliced kiwis and chia seeds. If you want to add raw mango slices, raw coconut shavings, or other fresh fruit, go for it!
