  • 1 c fresh mango (then put in freezer to freeze)
  • 1 c fresh pineapple (then put in freezer to freeze)
  • 2 bananas


  1. Cut 1 cup of mango and 1 cup of pineapple and put both of the them in the freezer until the fruit is frozen (about 2 hours). Remove the mango and pineapple from the freezer and blend them with the bananas in a high speed blender until smooth and thick just like the perfect sorbet. Note: this serves one mildly hungry person so if you love your fruit, double or triple the recipe!
