Mango Sorbet with Pineapple and Banana

  15 rater(s)

Mango, pineapple, and banana all together in one sorbet? These fruits are nutrient powerhouses, and they taste good too! Mangos help improve digestion and lower cholesterol, bananas help reduce stress because they are rich in magnesium, and pineapples are rich in vitamin C, which can help fight the formation of free radicals in the body. Blend these fruits together and you have yourself a tasty sorbet that’ll refresh your palate on these hot summer days.

  • Prep Time: 5m

  • 1 c fresh mango (then put in freezer to freeze)
  • 1 c fresh pineapple (then put in freezer to freeze)
  • 2 bananas

  1. Cut 1 cup of mango and 1 cup of pineapple and put both of the them in the freezer until the fruit is frozen (about 2 hours). Remove the mango and pineapple from the freezer and blend them with the bananas in a high speed blender until smooth and thick just like the perfect sorbet. Note: this serves one mildly hungry person so if you love your fruit, double or triple the recipe!
