Maple Dijon Dressing

As most of our cleansers know, you cannot have honey while you’re cleansing. People always ask if they can dress their salads in honey mustard dressing and we have to say that they can’t have it. Lucky for you, we found a way to make a cleanse-approved, raw vegan rendition of this classic dressing.

You’ll notice that “maple” is in place of “honey” in the title of the recipe. This dressing is very creamy and oil-free, and it goes great with a variety of ingredients. Having

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c water
  • 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tbsp. maple syrup
  • 5 tsp. ground mustard seed
  • 4 tbsp. raw tahini

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a medium-sized bowl and whisk until smooth. Alternatively, you can add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the dressing into a glass container and store in the fridge for up to 5 days. Use when ready.
