Maple Pecan Pie Smoothie

  • 1 c raw pecans soaked for 2 hours or more (soaking is optional)
  • 2 c filtered water
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 tbsp. pure maple syrup
  • 2 tsp. alcohol free natural vanilla extract or 1 tsp regular extract 
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • pinch Celtic sea salt or Himalayan salt


  1. Throw all the ingredients in your blender and puree until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour into two 16-ounce glasses and be grateful you didn’t have to bake. YUM!
