Maple Pecan Pie Smoothie

  • 1 c raw pecans (soaked for 2 hours and then drained)
  • 2 c filtered water
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 tbsp. pure grade A maple syrup
  • 2 tsp. alcohol-free natural vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • pinch sea salt


  1. Add all the ingredients to your blender and puree until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!
