- 1 c raw pecans (soaked for 2 hours and then drained)
- 2 c filtered water
- 2 frozen bananas
- 2 tbsp. pure grade A maple syrup
- 2 tsp. alcohol-free natural vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- pinch sea salt
- Add all the ingredients to your blender and puree until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!
