Mexican Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette

  • 1 c packed cilantro
  • 1/2 c extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 c fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 c orange juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • Pinch of minced garlic


  1. Puree cilantro, olive oil, lime juice, orange juice, sea salt, pepper and garlic in a blender or food processor until smooth. Refrigerate in a glass jar for up to 8 days. Pour on salad as desired.
