Ingredients

  • 1/2 pineapple, peeled and cubed
  • 3 -4 leaves kale
  • 1 stick of celery
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/4 lemon with peel
  • 1/2 inch piece of ginger root (optional)

Instructions

  1. Process all of the ingredients through your juicer and then drink the juice within 15 minutes. Enjoy
