Kiwis are loaded with vitamin C and the mint and lemons work to promote healthy digestion. We used raw agave for this recipe, but you can use stevia if you want to; you’ll just have to use a different measurement because stevia can be powerful. A little goes a long way.

- 2 large lemons
- 1/3 c raw agave
- 6 kiwis
- 1 gal alkaline water
- 3 sprigs fresh mint
- 1 kiwi, sliced for garnish
- Roll the lemons on the counter and then slice them in half. Squeeze the lemons into a pitcher through a mesh strainer, or you can use a citrus press.
- Peel the kiwis and add them to a blender. Blend until they are completely mashed (about 30 seconds). Pour this kiwi mash into the pitcher.
- Add the water and the agave and stir well. Tear the mint leaves off the sprigs and mix them into the water. Pour into glasses and top with kiwi slices. Enjoy!
