This recipe includes, chia seeds, hemp hearts, and flaxseeds, all of which are incredible superfoods that are loaded with protein. Eat this breakfast to intake generous amounts of fiber, It has tons of protein, healthy fats, fiber, and gives you long-lasting energy. Great for after a workout.

For the Chia Pudding

  • 1/2 c filtered water
  • 2 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp. hemp hearts
  • 1 tbsp. ground flaxseeds
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. alcohol-free vanilla extract 
  • 1 tbsp. raw agave syrup

Optional Toppings

  • 1/4 c raspberries
  • 1/4 c blueberries
  • 1/4 c strawberries, sliced


  1. Pour the water into a medium bowl and slowly whisk in the chia seeds. Add the hemp hearts and ground flaxseeds and continue mixing.
  2. Stir in the cinnamon, vanilla, and agave syrup and cover the bowl with plastic wrap. Place in the refrigerator overnight to form the pudding.
  3. Remove from the fridge in the morning, take off the plastic wrap, and top with raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, or all three. The choice is yours!
