You can toss it with raw zucchini noodles for a filling entree, or dip carrot sticks in it for a healthy snack. Maybe you just want to eat it with a spoon and call it a day! - 1 1/4 c fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 ripe large avocado, peeled and pitted
- 1/4 c raw tahini
- 1/4 c filtered water
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3/4 tsp. sea salt
- pinch of black pepper
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
- You can serve right away or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
