Orange Carrot Persimmon Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 large orange, peeled and cubed
  • 1 carrot, peeled and chopped
  • 1 persimmon, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 banana, frozen overnight
  • 1 tsp. extra virgin coconut oil, melted
  • 1/3 tsp. turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp. alcohol-free vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Depending on your desired consistency, you can add more or less water.
  3. Pour into a cup and drink it all up.
