Peach Persimmon Smoothie

This smoothie is like the fusion of summer and fall, utilizing peaches (summer) and persimmons (fall). The banana provides the perfect creamy base to make this smoothie luscious and sweet.

Ingredients

  • 4 persimmons, cubed
  • 2 peaches, sliced and frozen overnight
  • 1 banana, peeled and sliced
  • 8 ice cubes
  • 1/2 c filtered water, or more as needed

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. If the smoothie is too thick, add water little by little until you achieve your desired consistency.
