This smoothie is like the fusion of summer and fall, utilizing peaches (summer) and persimmons (fall). The banana provides the perfect creamy base to make this smoothie luscious and sweet.

- 4 persimmons, cubed
- 2 peaches, sliced and frozen overnight
- 1 banana, peeled and sliced
- 8 ice cubes
- 1/2 c filtered water, or more as needed
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- If the smoothie is too thick, add water little by little until you achieve your desired consistency.
