Pico de gallo is a classic salsa that is citrusy, spicy, vibrant, and it’s one of those dips that you just can’t stop eating. Purchase some raw chips or crackers (pictured) and start dipping. You can’t say “no” to the cleanse approved version of chips and salsa!

Ingredients
- 1/2 medium red onion, diced
- juice of 1 lime
- sea salt, to taste
- 3 tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 c cilantro, chopped
- 1 jalapeno, finely diced
Instructions
- Place the diced onion in a mixing bowl and squeeze the lime over the onion. Season with a little salt and pepper and let this marinate for about 5 minutes. This helps to dampen the powerful onion flavor.
- Pour the remaining ingredients into the bowl and mix well.
- Enjoy with raw chips, raw crackers, or mini sweet bell peppers.
