  • 2 c pineapple, cubed and frozen overnight
  • 1 medium cucumber, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 3/4 c filtered water


  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more water and blend until you reach your desired consistency.
  2. Pour into a large cup and enjoy.
