  • 1 1/2 c pineapple, cubed and frozen overnight
  • 1/4 c fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp. freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 3 strips lime rind
  • 1 tbsp. hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp. desiccated coconut
  • 1 c homemade almond milk


  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Make sure that you don\'t see those lime rinds swirling around in the blender.
  2. Pour into a large cup and enjoy.
