Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 c pineapple, cubed and frozen overnight
  • 1/4 c fresh basil
  • Zest of 1/2 lime
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 tbsp. raw agave nectar
  • 1/8 c water (or more to aid blending)

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides of the processor as needed.
  2. You can choose to serve immediately, or transfer the sorbet to a freezer-safe container and freeze for an hour to harden.
  3. Remove from the freezer, scoop, and enjoy.
