The warmer weather calls for a refreshing dessert, and this pineapple mango sorbet does not disappoint. This sorbet easily comes together in a matter of minutes. All you need is a high-speed blender or food processor. Blend some dehydrated coconut into the sorbet for an added tropical flair.

- 2 c frozen mango
- 2 c frozen pineapple
- 1/4 c water
- 1 tbsp. dehydrated coconut flakes (optional)
- Add all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
- Transfer the sorbet to a glass container and place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
- Remove the sorbet from the freezer and scoop into bowls. Enjoy!
