Pineapple Mint Infused Water

  • 1 pineapple, skin removed and cubed
  • 4 c filtered water
  • 3 sprigs fresh mint


  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a large pitcher, cover with plastic wrap, and place it in the fridge overnight to let the flavors infuse.
  2. The next day, strain the water into another pitcher or jar and place back in the fridge to keep cool between servings. Enjoy.
